Yu Ando, the Japanese-Finnish designer behind andoandoando, is known for his playful yet deliberate approach to watch design, where familiar forms are subtly reworked into something unexpected.
Together with Luckyshroom, this collaboration explores shape and perception. Not to overpower or redefine the original, but to gently shift it, to reconsider visual intent through small, precise interventions.
At its core sits the iconic 3551 module, preserved as it should be. Around it, Luckyshroom has developed a fully original titanium case—engineered, engraved, and assembled in Switzerland.
The result is a balance: technical and playful, restrained yet expressive.
Limited to 100 pieces in total, with only 5 created as the Ando Edition.
A small series, shaped by dialogue between designers, between cultures, and between form and light.
