Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Orders:
Our product is currently in the development phase. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving an item before it is available for immediate shipment. While we strive to provide accurate estimated shipping dates, please note that unforeseen delays in production or supply chain may occur.

Due to the nature of product development, we cannot guarantee an exact shipping date and cannot be held responsible for delays that are outside of our control. Your patience and support during this phase are greatly appreciated.

Shipping Timelines:
Once production is complete, all pre-orders will be shipped promptly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays & Refund Policy:
If your pre-ordered item does not ship within two months after the estimated delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.

  • Europe: 4–8 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on location and customs processing)

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Our products, including packaging, weigh approximately 500g, which qualifies for small parcel rates with most carriers.
We ship via reliable carriers such as Swiss Post, DHL, and UPS to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Customs & Duties:
For international orders, please note that customs fees or import duties may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
