If your purchased item experiences a quality issue within the warranty period, you may return it to Luckyshroom for inspection and repair, or we will provide a suitable alternative after consultation.

To ensure a smooth process, please include the following in your return parcel:

• Your name, order number, shipping address, phone number, and email
   

• A detailed description of the issue: what happened, when, how frequently, and whether it can be reproduced
   

 

Within Warranty Coverage

Products are eligible for free repair service within 365 days of the purchase date, provided the issue is not caused by misuse or external damage. “Free” refers to labor and material costs only. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us.

 

Outside Warranty Coverage

The following are not covered under warranty:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., leather straps, metal coatings, crystals, batteries, etc.)
   

• Repairs or alterations by unauthorized third parties
   

• Products past the 365-day warranty period
   

 

Warranty & Repair Fees

Repairs are free if the product is covered under warranty.
For out-of-warranty issues, charges will apply based on labor, materials, and inspection results.

Shipping the item to Luckyshroom is at the customer’s expense. However, we will cover the return shipping after service is completed.

 

Repair Timeline

Repairs are generally completed within 30 working days, starting from the day we receive the returned item.
