A darker evolution of the Flathead.
The titanium case is first stonewashed, then treated in a manganese sulphate bath to achieve a deep black finish. Over time, this surface will wear naturally—edges brightening, highlights emerging, each piece developing its own patina.
The case is deeply laser engraved, anodized, and selectively polished with a fiber laser, creating shifting contrast between matte and reflective surfaces.
The bracelet is individually annealed until it turns black, giving it a softer, darker presence that complements the case without matching it exactly.
Subtle references run throughout—from early digital watches to enclosed architectural forms. The curved viewing window hints at this, without being literal.
Engravings are placed across the piece, some immediately visible, others hidden.
